Charged after cancelling service

I have cancelled Xfinity and been told twice that I wouldn’t owe any more money and have still had to pay. I had an autopay come out today of 55 dollars. I do not have any Xfinity services. I have returned my equipment. I don’t owe anything else and I cannot get ahold of a real person to fix my issue.

To send a direct message:

Click "Direct Message"

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
