Charged after cancelling and returning equipment
I cancelled Xfinity and returned equipment vegore my billing cycle ended for the month but I was still charged for the next month. I try calling but once I’ve returned the equipment I cannot get past the autobot, it does not connect me to an agent

Good Morning, @user_u7utcs! I am sorry to hear about the billing concerns, and attempting to speak with someone over the phone. With the Xfinity billing, since we bill in advanced, the charge is typically for services for the next month. If that is the case, a refund would be issued, and you would receive it on the card on file within 4-6 weeks. Are you able to access the Xfinity App by logging in? This should show if the account have a credit balance, and if you do see the credit balance, the refund will automatically process on its own. Please let us know if you are able to log in to the Xfinity App to view the details of the billing and account.
