Charged after cancelled.

I cancelled my internet on December 4th and got charged for my December 9-January 9 billing cycle. Why is my account still being charged?

Hello user_pqn9vc we're so sorry to hear that we've lost you as an internet customer. The December th to January 9th is what your nomrallbilling would be, and was likely generated before you decided to close the services. When closing the account in full, we do provide a final bill statement with prorated adjustments to your closing date, and is available within 7-10 business days of service closure.
