Charged After Cancellation

I have filled out the Xfinity cancellation form multiple times (April) and have been called by Xfinity reps multiple times and have told them I have cancelled my service.  I am still being charged, for the last 2 months which should have been cancelled. Xfinity needs to please remove these charges from my account and close it.   From what I can see this nefarious practice happens way too often with Xfinity.

@airwellmel Our team can definitely help you get this resolved today as this isn't the experience we want any customer to have. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a live chat. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

[Edited: "Language"] is going on with Xfinity Mobile and their continued scheme to defraud their "customers" (marks)

Am having the same problem with Xfinity Mobile: Was convinced (pressured) into the mobile service by an enthusiastic saleswoman and after not receiving the promised I-Phone SE for something like 10 days, I closed the account. Have since been billed-illegally imo- 3 times. Have spoken with agents of Xfinity Mobile at least 4 times, including today, July 11, 2023, and have been reassured each time by nice and seemingly sympathetic employees that "it will not happen again."

We'll see...

Will try to update this post if it happens again.
