Charged after cancelation

I canceled my service Aug 31, 2024 and received an email verification with that date.

1. Why was I auto charged $74 on Sept 04, 2024 with my "current billing cycle" ending on Sept 12? My service should be canceled.

2. Will there be more mysterious charges in the future?

3. Can I receive a refund for the Sept 04, 2024 charge of $74? My mailing address has changed but the website doesn't think it's valid so I can't update it.

I am no longer in a timezone where it is easy to call or chat. Please help me. Account # [Edited: Personal Information]

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it
