Charged a rate not offered in plan

I have 500mbps but was charged almost $130. The plans claim at that speed, it's only $80. I need a representative to explain how I was charged a price that doesn't fit any rate plan. As well as why I pay for "X" speed but consistently get ¼ what I pay for. Perhaps, an explanation about why it's almost impossible to reach a real person for help.

   I bet if I was new/wanted to buy more things I could summon a representative quicker than ever though... Same ol pitiful Comcast customer service, just hiding under the Xfinity logo instead of the old Comcast logo of the past
