Charged 80$ after cancelation

Paid  All bills and returned the equipment,  But today I wake up to an $80 charge on my card.. Has this happened to anyone else if so what do I do to get that money back?? Kind of needed that money to eat this week....

@user_156c70 unexpected bills are not cool. We can definitely look over your billing to see what is going on and get you a refund if appropriate. Can I get you to go to your Direct Messaging icon in the upper right and compose a new message to "Xfinity Support" with your name and address, please? We will get you the answers you need.
