charged 49.99 they said was removed, it was not.

this is maddening the agents are acting with impunity. said they would confirm, they did not. over 2 hours of chatting over 3 days, they say how was your weekend, what is your email? why would they do this to their own customers? my request to talk to a supervisor is ignored.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
