Charge

After I ordered, I realized that my apartment doesn’t have an appropriate wifi system compatible with Xfinity, so I’d like to return the router and get refunded, but my return page says “it doesn’t have a returnable items”. Also Xfinity store is too far away from my area. Can I just walk in to the UPS store with no return label???

user_7zphnk Thank you so much for asking how to get this equipment to us. We of course offer installation options if you do not have the correct ports already set up and we are happy to help get one of our Professional installation appointments set up for you if you would like.  There may be a one-time fee for this but would not be due upfront.  You are correct if not using one of the NOW xfi enabled gateways UPS is our dedicated shipper for returned and would be able to help get a return label taken care of for you so you can get that sent back.

I sent it back using ups on last Tuesday and still Xfinity asked me to pay for the regular monthly fee. How can I cancel it? Could you check it for me please?
