Charge was added AGAIN to my account after reversal.

After talking to a representative yesterday, a $100 statement credit was added to my account. Upon looking at my bill this morning, the $100 was added again to my bill. Proof is attached of the statement credit. I am extremely upset about this. XFINITY please contact me for a solution! I have emails and screenshots to prove I was given a $100 credit.

Thank you for reaching our @user_88eb73. Thank you for sending us a message. I have already responded. I am showing a credit has been applied to the account as promised. Credits will usually post to the account and reflect on your MyAccount within 24-72 hours. When credits are applied to the account we do not send an updated statement. The credit will be printed on your next billing statement.
