Charge off
I have a charge off on my credit report for Comcast. When I moved I didn't realize a new account was set up that I have been paying. I never received a notification about owing money on a different account (I thought it was the same one) and the collections agency says they don't work with comcast and are always receiving calls like this. Has anyone been able to successfully remove something like this from their credit report? I have heard from multiple people that this happens a lot with comcast.
