In japan, not able to correct credit card for us account. No phone service only eail

Hello,

I'm trying to update my credit card information on my Xfinity account, but I keep running into issues.

  • When I attempt this from my phone, I receive the following error message:
    "You don't have permission to access 'http://payments.xfinity.com/new' on this server."
    Reference #: 18.55c90b17.1750913255.228b709

  • When I try updating the card from my computer, the expiration date dropdown only shows years from 1970 to 1977, which is clearly incorrect.

Can you please help me update my payment information or let me know how I can resolve this issue?

Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself I know how important it is to be able to have the correct payment information on my account. To clarify are you making sure you're logging in with the primary user ID https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts & have you tried clearing your cache fees and cookies on your devices yet as well?

You should be able to manage your payment preferences online by going to https://payments.xfinity.com/autopay/edit. From there, you should be able to log in with your email address and password, then you can update your payment details or make a new payment if necessary.
