Changing Automatic Payment Dates
I am trying to change the dates for my automatic payments (mobile and internet) to the beginning of the month rather than after the 15th and would like this to go into effect immediately. Is there any easy way of doing this? When changing through the website it is saying it will take 2 billing cycles to go into effect.. one month before I will be transferring services.

Please know that you cannot change your Xfinity Mobile payment date. All Xfinity Mobile bills are set on automatic payment, which occurs 20 days after your billing cycle closes.
You do have the ability to change your automatic payment date for your Internet service, but the new due date does take 2 billing cycles to reflect. When you transfer service, you’ll get a new account number and will need to go through at least one billing cycle before changing your bill’s due date.
