Changing Automatic Payment Dates

I am trying to change the dates for my automatic payments (mobile and internet) to the beginning of the month rather than after the 15th and would like this to go into effect immediately. Is there any easy way of doing this? When changing through the website it is saying it will take 2 billing cycles to go into effect.. one month before I will be transferring services.

Hi @user_e93l96! Thanks for taking the time to reach out on our forum. We appreciate you choosing Xfinity as your service and mobile provider. My team is here to help with your Automatic payment concern.

 

Please know that you cannot change your Xfinity Mobile payment date. All Xfinity Mobile bills are set on automatic payment, which occurs 20 days after your billing cycle closes.

 

You do have the ability to change your automatic payment date for your Internet service, but the new due date does take 2 billing cycles to reflect. When you transfer service, you’ll get a new account number and will need to go through at least one billing cycle before changing your bill’s due date.

when are they going to allow this change for mobile billing 

this has been raise again n again for last few years

whats wrong with management, can’t they address it ?

Over the last 6 months I've called twice now to Xfinity to have my automatic payment date changed so it's not to be doubled on any one billing cycle of my credit card. 

They have successfully changed it twice, however for some reason it keeps getting changed back to the 18th of the 19th of every month which is usually when the credit card cycles are closed out. 

I'm now having to contact you guys a third time to have a change again how do we stop this from happening...
