Changes to my Monthly Plan Without my Permission

Hi, I got a call a month ago offering a free trial to upgrade my plan. I never agreed to it, but the change got applied anyway and now I am being billed extra for this change. Firstly, this should have never been confirmed in the first place since I never gave my permission. Secondly, I should have received another call or warning asking if I wanted to actually pay for and apply this change going forward, which I never did either. How can I reverse this charge increase, or who can I speak to to do so? Thanks.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
