Changed Service

I returned my 4 cable boxes 5 days ago and canceled our tv service. I still do not see these changes reflected in the bill. When I called Xfinity, they pushed me to get the Internet plan with a "free" iPad and did not present any other options as to what my new bill would look like without the iPad. This seems like a hardcore sales pitch - perhaps even a scam? It's very difficult to get any real answers. Anyone have a solution to seeing an accurate bill?

Thank you for reaching out @user_m3d48f We do not send an updated billing statement. Your next 2 bills after any change may have fees and services you previously had such as TV services.
