Changed Plan, no confirmation.

So, I had just downgraded my internet plan and when I got done with the purchase, I was just simply signed out of my account for some reason, and received no confirmation of the purchase. I also noticed that the rate for my upcoming bill never updated to the new rate. I only received an email that said my "accounts are now linked". What accounts? I only have the one. Now I'm worried I'm gonna end up with 2 different bills.

user_31m4y2 My team can help you with your account concerns today. To send a direct message, please click on the chat icon in the top-right corner of the screen, and select "Xfinity Support" to initiate a Direct Message. 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "direct messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
