Changed plan but bill still shows amount for old plan
I changed my internet plan on Nov 7th and have received email / website confirmation but I still see a bill for the old plan's amount for the upcoming cycle.

That isn't going to update until your new billing statement is posted. If you have a bill due make sure you pay that amount.
