Changed my Legacy Plan Fraudulently
I had a legacy plan under Super+More and all my channels. I chatted with the Rep as I was going to change my plan but then decided not to. He offered a discount and I literally said to him, I don’t want anything changed and he assured me that he could give me a discount and still keep my same plan. I asked him if I could save the transcript and he said yes. I saved the transcript, today look at my channels and my subscriptions are gone and including my Netflix. When I looked at the transcript, all my comments are removed and the only comments I see are the reps. I literally told him to not remove any of my channels and I didn’t want anything changed. Now Xfinity is saying i no longer have the legacy card.

I called Xfinity on May 20, 2025 about an $42 increase on my bill. I wanted to know why. In the conversation I repeatedly told the Rep I didn't want to change my plan. I was told a while ago never change my plan by a Xfinity Rep that lives in the USA, she was pretty nice and honest. She said that my plan was a legacy plan, they don't offer it anymore. I never changed it when I was talking to her and I followed her advice. She did say I could always call back to see if they are offering a discount but they weren't at the time I spoke with her. She told me options on how to lower it, like get a phone through Xfinity, get a fire stick and so on but I declined all of that then. Now on the phone with the Rep on May 20, 2025. I told her I wanted to know why they increase my bill because I wasn't in a contract. The Rep was told repeatedly I didn't want to change my plan. She said they could offer me a 24 month discount. I said, if I accept the discount, it won't change my plan, she said no, it wouldn't.
She sent me a text saying I would be getting a text to get the discount on my account for being a loyal customer and she talked to me while I opened the text and I said, this won't change my plan? She said no, it is the discount. I clicked the boxes because the full text didn’t show in the text message I was sent, it was mainly boxes. I asked her again, this won’t change anything, she said no. In doing so, I lost everything I had on my account. I lost My Savemore+
I Lost my fast gig internet, my hbo max, netflix, show time, red zone, paramount plus...and other things I was enjoying on that plan. The Rep was already on the goal to get me out of the legacy plan because Xfinity was losing money having me on that plan.
*I spoke to a Rep last night, there is nothing they will do to make it right. I was actually put into a contract when that Rep did what she did. I could get out of the contract but they wouldn’t revert me back to my Savemore+ plan. I do not have a contract and I no longer trust Xfinity and eventually will be going to Starlink for all my services.
