change services cycle dates (not just payment date)

I'm looking to change my service dates, not just the auto-payment date

my current service cycle is from the 28th of each month to the 27th of the next month, with auto-pay on the 16th.

I would like the services dates to change to be the 1st of each month through the last day of each month (or even the 2nd or 3rd to allow for 30 vs 31 day months).  Because I receive an allowance from my employer, I need the service date to be at the beginning of every month, not the end.

if I change the payment date will the service date also change?
