Hey @user_9amu7t I'm sorry to hear this happened to you! I hope you were able to report this with your bank. To update your payment information here, just log into your account whether on the Xfinity app or Xfinity.com and go to the 'Account' tab where you can update this card.

 

If you also have Xfinity Mobile you can also go to Bill settings > Payment Methods. Here is a step-by-step to update your saved payment method. Please let me know if you have any questions.
