Change payment metjod
Have been trying to change and manage my payment methods in the app for ever a week it’s spins and sounds and dont load. The assistant is not assisting and is not at all helpful. When will this be corrected and do you want your payment?

I completely understand the frustration here. It’s a hassle when you're just trying to manage your bill and the technology isn't cooperating, especially after a week of trying. user_asjc1o Could you try logging in through a web browser (like Chrome or Safari) at xfinity.com, to see if it allows you to update there?
