Change of Service - Billing Issue

I recently changed my service and was promised a discounted monthly price which I can confirm with transcripts.  When I was actually charged the amount was higher.  I've tried calling by phone but can't connect to a live person.  I've been on chat with an agent for 45 minutes and we still haven't even got to discussing the issue I'm having.  How can I actually get help with my problem?????  This is so frustrating.

I can see how it would be frustrating to not being able to get the details you need regarding your billing. I'd be happy to point you in the right direction. After a change of service, it can take 1-2 billing cycles to reflect on your account depending on your billing cycle. You should have received an email confirmation on the changes that were made. Did you receive the email confirmation on the completion of the changes that were made?
