Change my subscription to lower the price

I called an Xfinity customer Service rep to find out how to lower my bill from it's current rate to a lower one with close to what I have now. I had just purchased You tube TV and T Mobil for Wi-Fi, I and it lowered my bill significantly, but I love the convenience of Xfinity. I also wanted to try once more to check if Xfinity could at least get close to what I was saving. I insisted on having the sports that I like, ESPN, College channels and specifically the SEC. and especially the SEC. We looked at several plans and the CS person came back with a package I was satisfied with. I asked on several occasions will it have the College Football conferences especially the SEC Network. I am a huge Missouri fan and I had that before and I did not want to drop it. He insisted that the SEC is part of this package. We agreed, he sent me the boxes to confirm and check to set up my new package. Today, I find out that not only is the NFL network in negotiations with Comcast and it is not showing now,  (only on stream) but my package does not have the SEC. I was very upset, so I began making phone calls. I have been on the phone all day and have spoken to several people who all have apologized saying they are sorry that he me made a mistake. That does not satisfy me. I explained that they need to honor the deal we made. Each person I spoke with said I can add it back for an additional amount of money. This is unacceptable. They made the offer to me and I accepted. It is not my fault that your CS did not tell me the truth about the package he sold me. I would never give up what I have to not get the SEC Network. Is there anyone else that I can escalate this to, to make them honor the deal that we made?
