change my plan back to original as i am a victim of a fraudulent message

Yesterday i got a message that my plan was going up 50%.  So i changed to a lesser plan that the app said would save me 4$ over what i currently pay.  When i was done, the app told me it was actually going to be $20 more than what i was paying.  Then i also found out that my discount was not going to run out until 2026.  So i guess i was acting on a fraudulent message.  I would like to talk to someone who can help me change my plan back to the original plan and get my discount back.
