Change in service billing
I changed my service bundle ($208.56) to internet only ($85) on 9/8/25. My bill dated Aug 6 for services Aug 10-Sept 9 for $182.56 was paid Sept 1 and my bill dated Sept 6 for $208.56 for services Sept 10-Oct 9 was paid Oct 1. My current bill dated Oct 6 for services Oct 10-Nov 9 shows a credit that is significantly less than anticipated because I’m being charged $109.04 in partial charges for Oct 10-Nov 9 along with the correct $85 for that time period. Why am I being partially charged for any days in Oct when I cancelled the bundle on Sept 8? I should only be paying $85 for the entire bill cycle of Oct 10-Nov 9 and my credit should be much higher than $33.68
