Change in plan
On 3/29 I talked to a rep through the chatbot and had my plan changed TV and internet, and was told the new price that I would be paying in a few days. The internet got changed almost immediately and Netflix which was included with the old plan was canceled but the TV lineup is still the same and the app is still telling me the bill for the previous plan. I did talk to someone again and she verified the cost which is due in a couple of days and said it might take 24 to 72 hours to show on my end. Is that correct?
