To change your payment method with Xfinity, follow these steps:

Online:

1. Sign in to your account and go to Billing details.
2. Select Bill Settings and then Payment Methods.
3. Choose to add, edit, or remove a payment method.
4. If adding, confirm your identity with a six-digit code, enter your payment information, and click Save.

Xfinity App:

1. Log in and tap the Account tab.
2. Select Bill details, then Bill settings, and Payment methods.
3. Follow similar steps to add or update your payment method.

Payments will be automatically withdrawn from the selected method.
