Change billing statements from Spanish to English

About 6 months ago, my billing statements started printing in Spanish. I did not request this change. I went to an Xfinity store a couple weeks ago; the rep assured me he had reconfigured my account for billing statements printing in English.

Not true - my latest statement is still printed in Spanish.

How do I change this back to English?

Hi there @i! Comcast representatives can make modifications to statement preferences including language, large print, and other accessibility options such as braille. We're hoping to have a self-service option available in the future for these sort of changes. For now, could you start a peer-to-peer chat with us so we can help with making this change?

 

 

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon. Click this "Peer to peer chat" icon or follow  https://comca.st/3wXvXO8
2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)
4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond.

 

Please include your name, the account holder name as it appears on the account (if different), and the current service address.
