We are unable to manually update the autopay method, but it is easy to do using the Xfinity App.
To update your AutoPay method in the Xfinity app, sign in, tap the Account tab, and select Manage Billing > Bill settings > Manage Autopay. Select "Update Payment Method" to add a new card or bank account, ensuring you are logged in as the Primary or Manager user to make these changes.
