Change auto payment from credit card to bank account

I spent way too long  on Xfinity and Xfinity Mobile looking for how to simply change my monthly auto payment method from a credit card to a bank account.  My Xfinity monthly auto payment is already set up with my bank account.  I want my Xfinity Mobile bill sent there as well.  But how to do that?????  Seems simple but alas, after an hour, it is not.  Help please!  Rod

Hello and Happy Tuesday!
Thanks so much for reaching out! We truly appreciate you being a part of the Comcast family and most certainly want to ensure that you're provided the most up to date and accurate information to see to it that you're able to manage your accounts accordingly, whether it be for residential or mobile services!

As per residential billing, we do allow the use of any debit or major credit cards as well as the use of your banking information for auto pay!
However, with Xfinity mobile, it is a bit different! To establish your payment method on there, it must be set up with a debit or credit card!
I've included a link here that can be referenced if you're in need of updating you Xfinity Mobile payment method!

Additionally, I've included another link that will guide you on how to manage your residential services payment methods as well for future use!

So to be clear, Xfinity Mobile auto payment can only be done by credit card, not a bank account?  If so, that is a disappointment. I understand Xfinity Mobile is a separate account from my residential Xfinity service.   But now I also have two billing methods?

Resolved . . . I can use by bank debit card for payment out of my checking account vs a direct payment.

Thank you for getting back to us. At this time the billing payment is two different systems and a card has to be on file for Xfinity Mobile payment. I am happy to hear you were able to resolve your concern with your debit payment. If you have any additional concerns please let us know.

I no longer work for Comcast.

I am an Official Xfinity Employee.
