change account for payment

I am trying to change my automatic payment account.

Thanks for meeting us here in our community, @user_ju14b2, about changing your automatic payment method. To change your autopay settings on your Xfinity account, follow these steps:

  1. Sign in to the Xfinity app or website.
  2. Navigate to Billing & Pay and select Manage Auto Pay.
  3. To update your payment method, tap Update Payment Method and enter your new payment details.
  4. If you want to turn off autopay, click Turn Off and confirm when prompted.

*Note that you cannot turn off autopay on the day a payment is processing.
