I was offered a new ce[[ phone to replace my old one.Instead they sent me a new phone as a second line and are charging me $122.00 a month for it. I have been tryying to return it. I don't want or need a second phone. I took it to your store in Tridelphia wv to return it .They said I had to get a return lable and send it back. I have requested a return lable several times and have not gotten it.Please take it off my bill since I am not using it.Please help.
