Cell Phone Payoff

Hello, I am trying to get a cell phone payoff since January and have been unsuccessful utilizing chat and live customer service. The cell phones would have been paid off in January but cannot get the information and my account continues to be charged. Who can I escalate this to outside of the normal chat and customer service. Going to a service center has not worked as well. It seems the back office systems do not talk to each other and the folks that I am dealing with only know their swim lane they are in.

Hello, @user_jzp6vw is this a device that is currently on a device payment plan? Do you currently have access to your mobile account or on the Xfinity App? I like to use the app myself. If you click on the device then again in your devices, Choose the payment details button. Then again in the actual menu. You'll see make a device payment where you can pay the full device balance or another amount.
