Cards charged when trying to sign up for XFinity Now but website crashed; no refund since two weeks

I was trying to sign up for XFinity Now with a credit card; my card was charged USD25 but the website said there there was a problem.
I tried with a different card but it was charged 25USD again; and the website crashed again.

I haven't got refunds; it has been two weeks now.
