Card processor decline = response (restraint)

WHAT?  I need to pay 128... and I HAVE PLENTY of money in the bank. Card isn't having issues. Bank says "it's okay" on their end. What do I do?

@user_012a97 are you able to let us know how you are trying to pay? Are you using the Xfinity app? If it's a checking account try using the checking account number or the automated system when calling us at 1-800-Xfinity.

@user_gqc1u3 That generally means there was an issue processing your payment. The first step we recommend is always contacting your bank to see if the transaction was blocked.
