I cannot update the credit card on file for my mobile account. I have tried through the app and desktop, and it will not update and retain my information

Sorry for the experience you're having when trying to update the payment method for your Xfinity Mobile account. Can you please try clearing the cache and cookies on your mobile device and browser and then use the following link to update your Xfinity Mobile payment information? Any luck?
