Card declined (call)

Tried paying my bill on the app, online, and over the phone and have been declined every time. No hold on my bank account and the funds are there so it shouldn’t be getting declined.

@user_o3q7bz  Thanks for letting us know! Contact your bank immediately to ensure they're aware of the failed payments. They will ensure the card is accepted for any draft attempts from Xfinity. Remember you can also pay in cash at a local Xfinity store, or use Autopay with your bank account. Here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/pay-your-bill-echat is a page outlining all the ways to submit a payment.

So I have to go to a store to pay the bill? No way this can be fixed so I can pay remotely?

@XfinityBenny​ I’ve spoke to the bank. Nothing is showing that Xfinity has even attempted to charge me.

@user_o3q7bz Nope, you don't have to go to a store to pay your bill! Use the steps in the info I posted, if not then you'll need to contact a payment agent. Payments are not taken on the forums, and you will need to discuss them with a chat or phone agent. Count on us here for account or service questions anytime.
