Can't speak to anyone except a stupid ai

I made a payment arrangement for my past due balance and my current balance and they went ahead and suspended my service without looking at my account, im sick of xfinity im about ready to find and go with someone else for internet, tv and phone, I don't even need or use my house phone and this mess is ridiculous,  I made an arrangement so my services should not have been turned off.. If your payment was submitted close to the time our system would review the account, that is most likely why it was turned off. We'll be happy to take a look and see what we can do to help.
