Can't Reach Anyone

I have a medical condition and got behind on my bill because of it. I need my service reactivated in order to catch up on the bill, because I work from home. I tried to call 3 times and couldnt reach someone through the automated line. I went to a store in person and they said they couldn't help me. Im genuinely ready to switch ISPs if I cant get this figured out today.
