can't pay online or by phone. can't reach customer service. Why is it hard to pay & impossible to talk to customer svc

can't pay online because xfinity service apparently isn't working.  can';t pay by phone because apparently that service doesn't work.  Can't reach a human being to talk about this, and the CHAT BOT just keeps sending me a link for the online payment system which isn't working.  XFINITY needs customer service.  I'm just trying to pay my bill.  Shouldn't be this hard

We understand the importance of making your payments on time and offer convenient ways to pay. Since you are experiencing issues with different methods can you tell us more about what errors you are receiving? When you try online are you signing in with the primary user?

When I call in I cannot make a payment today. When I go online I cannot make a payment today. All of my information for the payment is correct. What is going on, I need to make this payment today and you cannot get a live rep on the phone, this is terrible!!!!!

Hello @user_lzxcxw We know making sure you're able to make your payments is extremely important. When trying to sign in online, are you using the primary user log in? Are you receiving any errors?
