Can't pay my final bill

I canceled my services and need to pay my final bill. When I try though the app, it says my access is restricted. When I try to do it over the phone, it says it doesn't recognize my phone number. When I try to pay online without logging in, it says it doesn't recognize the address. I spoke with an agent over the phone and they said I had to do it online. I went to the online chat and the chat bot said I needed to speak with an agent because my account is "past due." Anyone else running in circles trying to pay their final bill?

If you happen to have your account number you can use that.
