Can't pay my final bill

I canceled my services and need to pay my final bill. When I try though the app, it says my access is restricted. When I try to do it over the phone, it says it doesn't recognize my phone number. When I try to pay online without logging in, it says it doesn't recognize the address. I spoke with an agent over the phone and they said I had to do it online. I went to the online chat and the chat bot said I needed to speak with an agent because my account is "past due." Anyone else running in circles trying to pay their final bill?

Hello @user_614844. Sorry to hear you are having issues paying your bill. Is this the site you are having issues with: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/account-selector?execution=e1s1? If you happen to have your account number you can use that. If not, you can send us a direct message, and we can help to make sure the information on the account matches so that you can use the self-service options to get this done.

@XfinityRose When I search for your name to message you your name is not in the search results. Can you please specify the name of the person I should be messaging directly?

Apologies! To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:

 

Click "Sign in" if necessary

-Click the "Direct Message" icon (square chat icon in the upper right corner of your screen next to the bell icon)

-Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

-Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list that appears, and the "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line

-Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

-Press Enter to send it

I'd be happy to help @user_b3936f. Please send a direct message with your name and service address to "Xfinity Support" by clicking on the "Direct Messaging" chat icon in the top right corner of the page, then click on the pen and pad icon and enter "Xfinity Support" in the "To" section of the chat.
