Can't pay my bill

I am currently overseas..your website for online pay wants me to sign in using my home wifi which is impossible because I am overseas..I try to pay by phone and the menu bots or whatever you call them cannot validate my account that I have had for like 10 years..I have called every number that I can find online  . How do I pay this dang bill?? I have recorded all communications that I have had with your [Edit: Language] customer service because if you try to destroy my credit for this payment I will seek legal counsel for all this headache of ME TRYING TO PAY A BILL TO YOU GUYS..give me a link to pay this bill immediately.
