Are you sure you've signed in as the primary user?

To find your Primary user ID, use the Lookup Tool: https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup

Just enter the requested information and you will see a listing of all the user ID's on your account, one of which will be the Primary ID.

I hope your Monday and week are going great so far, aside from this awful payment issue you have been experiencing. You can view the steps to make a one time payment anytime online by clicking here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/one-time-bill-pay-options-through-my-account. Are you still experiencing the same issue today, and if so, are you able to try making the payment from a different device to see if you get the same error message?
