Can't pay my bill because user permissions are messed up. Do you actually want my money?

Suddenly my account is only a member, so I can't pay the bill. No one else uses this account, and I don't know hoe the change happened. The stupid assistant can't tell me who the primary user is supposed to be. I can't reach an actual person, so I have no idea how to resolve this.
