Can’t pay bill for old address
I recently cancelled my old address account but now I can’t pay my last bill for that account because when I sign in only my new account bills shows up I no longer have the option to view my old account. This is very frustrating and the xfinity assistant is worthless

When you initially log in to your account online, it should ask which account you want to manage. If you are currently logged in under the new account, you may need to log out and log back in again, so you can select the old account (assuming they both used the same Xfinity ID profile). We can also email you a payment link from here, if that would be helpful.
