Can't Make Payment
Is anyone else having the issue of clicking "Make early payment" from the billing page and it just takes you to a blank page? I tried to chat with customer support, but of course, the chatbot wasn't helpful and there were no agents available.

@theonealexyoung I am sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you cleared cookies and cache or tried using a private window (incognito mode)?

@theonealexyoung I am glad to hear you used our app! That was going to be my suggestion to try next. I am a customer myself and always use the app. Maybe next payment you can try to use the website again before using the app and see if you run into that same issue. Is there anything additional I may assist you with at this time?

I have had the same issues trying both Safari and Chrome. I get my account, but I wanted to edit my autopay and it just quickly flashes a black screen and then goes to a blank grey screen and nothing happens.
I then removed the checking account and attempted to add a new account and the very same thing is happening.
Tried all day Sunday the 3rd and now this morning Monday the 4th. There is something wrong with your side of the system, not ours.
