Can't Make Payment

Is anyone else having the issue of clicking "Make early payment" from the billing page and it just takes you to a blank page? I tried to chat with customer support, but of course, the chatbot wasn't helpful and there were no agents available.

@theonealexyoung I am sorry to hear you are having issues. Have you cleared cookies and cache or tried using a private window (incognito mode)? 

@XfinityDena​ I have not, but I made my payment with the app since posting this, so now I have no way to try.

@theonealexyoung I completely understand. I am sorry you were having issues with the Xfinity Assistance. Have you thought about adding autopay to your account? It helps with one less worry each month because you would not get any additional fees such as late fees, reactivation fees and guarantee to prevent services being disconnected due to non-payment. You can set up autopay by following this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments. You can also set up text notifications to make sure you never miss a payment here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-text-alerts and you would also get updates on upcoming payments and when a payment posts to the account!

@theonealexyoung I am glad to hear you used our app! That was going to be my suggestion to try next. I am a customer myself and always use the app. Maybe next payment you can try to use the website again before using the app and see if you run into that same issue. Is there anything additional I may assist you with at this time?

@XfinityDena​ no, but this would have been much easier if I could have used chat to solve the problem in real-time.

I have had the same issues trying both Safari and Chrome.  I get my account, but I wanted to edit my autopay and it just quickly flashes a black screen and then goes to a blank grey screen and nothing happens.

I then removed the checking account and attempted to add a  new account and the very same thing is happening.

Tried all day Sunday the 3rd and now this morning Monday the 4th.  There is something wrong with your side of the system, not ours.
