Can't make bill payment, Safari, Firefox, etc

Are there others that battle trying to make a payment.
I am tech savvy, and now how to clear my browser history , clear cache, etc.
YET, I always face difficulty when logging in, and trying to pay my Bill.

Paying a bill should not be such a chore. My guess is the platform has so many bloatware and spyware that my webpage doesn't load.

Ad Blocker is probably the only thing I have setup that might conflict with the site, they should be testing the site throughly this absurd. If they can't fix this paywall system, they should at least not charge for the month, until it is fixed.

@NorthEast_User Sorry to hear you are having issues paying the bill. Are you getting any error messages when logging in or trying to make the payment? Have you attempted to use the Xfinity App to try and make a payment?

Funny enough, I've had issues simply logging in - in the past. However, right now the challenge was simply paying. I was able to login, and view the amount I owe, but as soon as I clicked "Pay Bill" I was not taken to the page where I enter my credit card data.
I tried using the chatbot customer support, but as you can imagine that was painful because the chatbot kept telling me stuff that did not relate, and failed me to put me with an agent.
If I were to see Xfinity to be more reliable I would use autopay, however these edge cases makes me fearful of the practices conducted on how my data is stored, hence why I don't like storing credit card information on the site.  I might have to avoid this altogether by going to an office and making payments there.

@NorthEast_User  Where does the site take you when you clicked on the "Pay Bill" option?

@XfinityMatthew it just took me to generic error page. I did more digging and I think I sort of realized the issue.
I believe the issue is I am using ad-blocker and other stuff to induce safer online browsing on the internet.
However, xfinity website is using things like "col.eum-appdynamics.com" , "cdn.quantummetric.com" as external services and those are crashing out giving various errors such as "NS_BINDING_ABORTED".

I believe the biggest hurdle on my end was not accessing "xfinity.com.ssl.sc.omtrdc.net" some of my settings might have prevented that, hence why I was not having success in getting my payment.

(For the public wondering how I got this information, I simply clicked inspect element in my browser and checked what items were giving errors.)

I'm wondering if all these metrics from appdynamics and quantummetric are making more harm than good. I understand there needs to be some level of monitoring, but it seems bloated in my opinion. I should not have to turn off my adblocker and stuff keeping me safe from internet browsing just to pay a bill.

Hello, @NorthEast_User thank you for taking time to follow up, and provide the helpful update of what you had discovered. I completely understand where you're coming from with wanting to keep Ad Blocker active for a more secure online experience, while still having access to make your payments. I'll make sure to pass along this feedback to our engineer team so they can investigate and work on fix.
