Can't get refund.

I returned a phone 5 months ago. It was in time to beat the 15 day time. I returned it to the store in Burlington wa. Apparently they were supposed to give me a receipt but didn't. Xfinity is no help at all. We have been going in circles ever since. How on earth do I ever get this settled?

They should have given you a recipt as you mentioned for a return when turned into a store, but I'll be happy to see what I can do to assist you with this concern. The IMEI would be in our system somewhere if returned, and I'll review any tickets about the concern so far to see what has been taking so long. 

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
