Can't get faulty payment refunded
I recently got soft-disconnected for nonpayment. While attempting to restore service, I made a payment of 163$ to my account, but it was applied to an old address instead of my current service address. I've had two tickets raised to get it refunded, with no luck (ticket closed, no resolution). Is there any way to get this payment either refunded, or to have it applied to my currently active account?

@Riddlesdr If there was a balance on the old account that you made the payment to, there would be no way getting it back other than disputing it with the financial institution the payment came from. Any over payment would be refunded back to the financial account it came from typically within 1-2 weeks after the account balance shows $0. There are two options to restore service after being soft disconnected without making payment. You can set up a payment arrangement or a repayment plan. Both options have to be set up using the Xfinity Assistant within the Xfinity app or using that weblink and are not able to be added by representatives.
